Dr. Orson Prince-Charles, a man of God whose journey seamlessly intertwines sports, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, is an NFL veteran, real estate builder, developer, and philanthropist marked by resilience and determination. Raised by a single mother, he discovered football at age 12, unlocking his potential and paving the way for his future.

Athletic Achievements: From playing a pivotal role in a state championship at Henry B. Plant High School to earning a full scholarship at the University of Georgia, he broke barriers as an offensive captain and was drafted by the NFL's Cincinnati Bengals in 2012. His career later took him to the New Orleans Saints, Detroit Lions, Kansas City Chiefs, and the Cleveland Browns, showcasing both his athletic skill and remarkable resilience.

Non-Profit Initiatives: Beyond the field, Dr. Orson Prince-Charles envisions a world where community empowerment transcends sports through his philanthropic initiatives. He plans to establish a clinic in Dominica to support single mothers by providing essential resources and housing. Additionally, he conducts free youth football camps designed to inspire the next generation. He also offers financial literacy workshops aimed at enhancing economic independence for families and organizes men’s forums centered on faith to foster a commitment to positive change.

Beyond the Field: In addition to his professional pursuits, he leverages his influence as a public speaker to share his transformative journey, using his personal testimony of overcoming legal challenges to inspire and motivate change in others.

“Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.” Ephesians 6:10

Strength is more than endurance. It is the courage to rise, the faith to persevere, and the willingness to lift others along the way. This truth guides our commitment to serve with purpose, lead with compassion, and help build stronger generations and communities.

Our Core Values In Action

Empowerment

Financial Independence

Self-Sufficiency

Empowerment

We believe everyone has the ability to grow beyond their circumstances and pursue a better future. For us, empowerment means helping people recognize their potential and see what is possible for their lives. Our goal is for every person we reach to walk away with greater confidence in themselves and hope for their future.

Self-Sufficiency

Financial Independence

Self-Sufficiency

Self-Sufficiency

We want people to feel capable of moving forward on their own. Self-sufficiency comes from having the tools, knowledge, and confidence to make decisions and navigate life's challenges without always having to depend on others. Our role is not simply to help in the moment, but to help create a foundation that lasts.

Financial Independence

Financial independence begins with knowledge and grows through informed action. By promoting financial literacy and practical money management, we aim to equip individuals with the confidence and tools to take greater control of their financial futures and create opportunities for generations to come.

Social Engagement

We believe meaningful change begins with connection. Social engagement means being present, building relationships, listening to our communities, and creating opportunities that bring people together. Through active involvement and shared experiences, we strengthen connections and help cultivate communities where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Integrity

Integrity

Integrity

Integrity is the foundation of trust. It means leading with honesty, acting with accountability, and remaining true to our values in every decision we make. We are committed to serving responsibly, honoring our commitments, and doing what is right even when no one is watching.

Humility

Integrity

Humility

Humility reminds us that the work we do is bigger than any one person. We approach every opportunity with gratitude, remain open to learning from others, and recognize that we do not have all the answers. We value every contribution and measure success not by recognition, but by the difference made in the lives of others.
